As an Attorney and Certified Business and Executive Coach, Heather Christie is dedicated to developing leaders. Heather Christie brings a new approach to Executive Coaching by combining her legal, lobbying and coaching background to help Executives and High Potentials improve corporate and personal performance and leadership through coaching and training.
In her coaching methods, Heather addresses each situation specifically and individually. She customizes her approach to suit each client, as a single approach does not always identify the underlying beliefs and issues that create the behaviors that cause issues in the workplace.
Prior to founding her ActionCOACH executive coaching firm in Southwest Florida, Heather was a Partner in the Legislative and Regulatory Group at Ungaretti & Harris, a prominent 100 attorney law firm in Chicago. She is a contributing author in “Bootstrap Business” alongside popular business authors and speakers, including Jack Canfield and Tom Hopkins. An accomplished consultant and speaker, Heather has consulted with hundreds of companies and has impressed audiences throughout USA and around the globe.
